I am passionate about guiding everyone who shares their practice with me to a safe space where they are comfortable to explore the depths of the yoga practice.

Yoga is more than just postures, it is a rich system that combines the physical, mental and subtle aspects of ourselves to anchor us in the present moment and through movement, breath and meditative techniques we nurture our overall well-being. Nothing external is ever added, we simply unveil what already exists within us. This is what I hope to share in my classes, as in my own experience this has been deeply transformational and it is a privilege to share yoga with others.

As well as teaching in the studio, I facilitate trauma-informed therapeutic yoga sessions in community groups and at Manawatū Prison. This work is important to me, and I truly believe that yoga tools should be available to everyone, regardless of the journey that brought them here.

When I’m not teaching, studying, or practicing yoga you will find me spending time with my two sons, on a walk or listening to a good podcast!

I have 8 years of teaching experience and 500 hours of training in various traditions.

I am registered with the International Yoga Alliance.
