With over 12 years of personal practice, 9 years of teaching experience and 500 hours of Yoga Alliance accredited training across various traditions—including Ashtāṅga Vinyāsa, Ghosh, Restorative, and Yin Yoga—I offer classes that honour the depth and diversity of the yoga tradition. I have trained with prestigious teachers from around the world, and their guidance continues to inspire and inform my approach. My teaching blends structure and fluidity with tradition and modernity, offering students both familiarity and space for discovery.
I am passionate about guiding every student who shares their practice with me into a space of safety, curiosity, and self-exploration. Yoga is so much more than postures—it is a rich, integrative system that weaves together the physical, mental, and subtle layers of our being. Through movement, breath, and meditative techniques, we anchor ourselves in the present moment and nurture our overall well-being. Nothing external is ever added; we simply unveil what has always existed within.
In addition to studio classes, I facilitate trauma-informed, therapeutic yoga sessions in community settings and at Manawatū Prison. This work holds a special place in my heart. I believe yoga tools should be accessible to everyone, regardless of the path that brought them to the practice.
When I’m not teaching, studying, or practicing yoga, you’ll likely find me spending time with my two sons, enjoying a walk, or listening to a good podcast.
